Drag Update: Red Dragon 2.2L Stroker Debut
The Red Dragon has once again broken it’s personal best E.T at Sydney Dragway. Soft shifting was required to nurse the damaged synchro’s down the track, however our new mechanic Rob still blasted his way to a 10.50 @ 137.99mph. Dragging the rear end to the 60ft time of 1.494, we are confident of improving on the time once the mandatory safety equipment has been fitted
Drag Update: Evo X
We lined up our basic flash package against the next stage and the results were impressive for both! We are now able to dual map EVO X ECU’s.
Drag Update: Evo X
We went to WSID again with our EVO X after gaining partial access to the factory ECU. Adam who was steering still managed a 12.7 at only 102mph. The EVO went 5 mph to half track before the torque governor kicked in and prevented the EVO from powering through the traps as it should have. Keep in mind that other than the tune, this car is completely stock, making 186kW at the wheels. We would expect the ET to be in the vicinity of 12.3 once sorted!
Drag Update: Evo 9
Our EVO tuner Adam ran a PB with his trap speed last night at Sydney Dragway. The car ran a very strong 125.2mph, which confirms that his car is capable of a low 11 second pass in full street trim once he nails the launch. No doubt he’ll be out next week trying throw it down! Yeay yeeeeay!
